What should I bring to the Spa?

We provide:
- Towels
- In house adult clothing (up to XXXL)
- Shampoo and body wash (2 in 1)
- Slippers and hair dryer
- Disposable bra & underwear for ladies
*Beauty essentials such as make up remover,hair conditioner and sunblock are not provided, please bring your own if required.
*Gentlemen are required to wear the in-house shorts provided in the pool area unless you are of bigger built and are unable to fit into our shorts (due to hygiene purposes)
*For customers wearing contact lenses, kindly bring your own lens casing and solution

Arrival guidelines

We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of any scheduled spa treatment(s) to allow yourself time to change into your provided clothing and slippers,

Are we open on Public Holidays?

Yes! We are open during public holidays as well, from 11am to 10.30pm.

What refreshments does the Spa provide?

We serve healthy and nutritious meals. They are all deliciously vegetarian.

We also have snacks and beverages available for light snacks.

Note that our last order for food is 9pm.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the Spa?

Yes, we provide Wi-Fi throughout the entire spa for your needs.

How many days in advance do reservations need to be made?

There are no minimum days! Once you have a confirmed date you would like to come down and the slot is available, we will book you in.

Can I cancel my appointmnet?

As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

How long can I use the 'After 8pm $28 Promo' Pass?

From 8.00-10.30pm. Checkout time is at 10.20pm as we close at 10.30pm. You can come at 7.50pm for registration.

Is massage included in our day pass?

Massage treatments have to be purchased separately. Please call ahead to reserve a slot - this ensures we have a therapist that can service you.

Is there a minimum age to enter the Spa?

The spa is an adult facility appropriate for guests 8 years of age or older.

Cell phone, personal electronic devices & cameras usage guidelines

We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil and private escape from the outside world.
We kindly ask that you engage in quiet conversation and when using cell phones and other electronic devices to please turn them to silent.
To ensure complete privacy, please avoid camera usage in the spa wet area.
